Calling all craft or hobby brewers! Turn your passion into a career with our 39-week Brewing Technician diploma program and prepare to work in small-scale, large-scale and craft breweries.

This program is approved by the Ontario’s Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Development and will be completed through a blended learning model. That means you don’t have to relocate during the theoretical part of the program and can study in the comfort of your own home. You’ll follow courses in Brewery Health & Safety, Hops & and the Chemistry of Wort Boiling, Yeast & Fermentation, Beer Maturation and more. You’ll also gain a strong knowledge of marketing, distribution, regulations and taxes for a well-rounded understanding of the brewing industry.
